Meet AJ Zamora
AJ is our resident personal trainer. She is ACE certified and has been in the health and fitness industry for over twenty years. When asked about her philosophy AJ said, “I realize that 80% of the population doesn’t have that inner drive to enjoy being active. That’s what inspires me every day: I want to motivate those who are willing to challenge themselves and create positive changes in their lives. Many clients have expressed, “Once healthy habits take root and you start to really feel the benefits it’s like night and day! You don’t ever want to go back!” That’s what I want people to feel and experience and it’s totally possible by taking it one step at a time, without judgment, and without questioning their ability or feeling overwhelmed.
