I am a student of life who has caught the wanderlust bug! I love exploring, and being humbled by nature, learning from other cultures, rockin’ out to all kinds of music, from folk to hip hop, and being an adventurous culinary enthusiast!
As a teenager my love of nature and my innate desire to help people lead me to discover holistic healthcare. I started having terrible digestive trouble, acne, and big shifts in my mood. I would later link these symptoms to hormonal imbalance due to taking "the pill" for a time, but in the moment I felt inspired that by drinking more water, eating more whole foods, and taking some of the herbs I was learning about I was feeling better! I was hooked!
Fast forward twenty years and I’m a nutritional therapist, clinical herbalist, and yoga teacher! My own Hormonal Harmony journey is what inspired me to really delve into the study of hormonal wellness. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's, an autoimmune thyroid disease, so I KNOW what it feels like to be tired all the time, struggle with weight, and feel like your walking through a fog all the time! I would still be in that debilitating place if I hadn't discovered the rejuvenating tools that I now love sharing with other women!
We have a thriving practice in Napa, California and support clients all over the world through distance coaching. It feeds my soul to help women understand the beauty and intricacies of their bodies so that they feel empowered at their core and can kick ass at life!

Having been in the health and fitness industry for over twenty years, I’ve settled into my role as a functional fitness coach and your green living go-to! My travels continue to add to the tools I have to offer my clients, whether it be fitness, clean, simple living, or self-nourishment. As an intuitive, creative, culinary hobbyist, passionate about combining beautiful flavors, colors and whole food ingredients, I love helping folks rekindle their interest in cooking again!
I realize that 80% of the population doesn't have that inner drive to enjoy being active. That's what inspires me every day: I want to motivate those who are willing to challenge themselves and create positive changes in their lives. I want people to feel and experience the enjoyment of movement and being active, and it's totally possible by taking it one step at a time, without judgment, and without questioning their ability or feeling overwhelmed. I am passionate about inspiring everyone from the weekend warrior to the beginner whose warrior is just aching to get out!
