FREE SPIRIT ELIXIR

Ingredients: Skullcap (Skutellaria lateriflora), Kava root (Piper methysticum), Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica), Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus), Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), & LOVE

Other Ingredients: USP Grade Vegetable Glycerin, Purified Water

Serving Size: 1 tsp

Servings Per Container: 18

Bottle size: 100 ml / 3 oz.

Suggested Use: Shake well and mix 1-2 tsp into mineral water or other mocktail base. Can also be taken on its own. Your Free Spirit Elixir includes a few recipes to get you started. Enjoy!

SEASONAL SPICED GRAPEFRUIT BITTERS

Ingredients: grapefruit rind & juice, burdock root, yarrow, chamomile, cardamom pods, star anise, cinnamon bark, black peppercorns & LOVE

Other Ingredients: grain alcohol & rum (26-36% by volume), vegetable glycerin, distilled water

Serving Size: 3 sprays (approx. 0.5 ml)

Servings Per Container: 59 (1 oz.) and 118 (2 oz.)

Bottle sizes: 30 ml / 1 oz. and 60 ml / 2 oz.

Suggested Use: Shake well before using. Holding spray nozzle close to mouth, spray 3 times into the mouth, before or after meals, as often as desired. Can also be sprayed into an herbal mocktail, craft cocktail, or other beverage of your choice.

Note: Do not use while pregnant or have an active stomach ulcer. Consult with a healthcare professional if you take pharmaceutical medications.

Ingredients: Certified Organic Stevia Leaf Extract (Stevia rebaudiana) 250 mg/ml
